Tierra Verde sits at 33 Tsing King Road, Tsing Yi. This interior design for a flat of around 1,199 sq ft follows a minimalist style, balancing spatial flow with practicality. White cabinetry, pale timber floors and soft curves make up a harmonious material palette for a comfortable home. The images shown are design renderings.
Curved ceiling, open living
From the entrance, a passage lined in wood veneer and lit by a pair of square wall lights sets a warm threshold. Beyond it, two sweeping curves in the ceiling open towards the windows, with concealed lighting tracing their edges and drawing the sightline forward. A full wall of veneered cabinetry hides storage on one side; on the other, a round white dining table sits beneath a ring pendant. With no partition between living and dining, the pale timber floor runs unbroken from the entrance to the windows.
Storage and bathroom detail
In the bedroom, white cabinetry with rounded corners wraps around the bed, interrupted by a lit timber display shelf, while white vertical blinds temper the daylight. Elsewhere, tinted glass doors flank a black worktop to form a neat dressing and storage niche. The children’s desk corner pairs geometric wallpaper with a grey textured finish below. The bathroom uses stone-effect walls, a countertop basin on a stone-effect counter, a round mirror and dark timber cabinets.
Clean lines connect each room, with white and timber carried through from entrance to bathroom. Across 1,199 sq ft, the flat stays open while storage settles quietly into the walls.
