工業風喺香港屋企流行咗好耐——水泥地、外露管道、黑色鐵架、舊木傢俬……但好多時跟足Pinterest參考圖，出嚟效果唔係太冷就係太亂，甚至踩中好多實用伏位。今次我哋以設計總監嘅視角，同你客觀分析幾種常見工業物料嘅真正優缺點，唔賣情懷，剩係講物理限制同真實成效。

水泥自流平地台：靚但唔係咁好用

水泥地嘅粗獷質感確實吸引，但喺香港潮濕環境下，有幾個客觀問題你要知：

黑色鐵架與金屬層板：要諗清楚承重同鏽蝕

好多人鍾意訂造鐵架做開放式收納，但金屬架有佢嘅物理限制：

舊木回收再造：環保但未必適合全部空間

用舊船木、卡板木做家具好有意義，但要注意：
