磚牆唔係得個樣——學校設計中嘅物料思維

最近睇到一個印度學校項目，建築師用咗大量紅磚做主體，唔單止因為佢哋嘅觸感同暖意，仲因為磚材可以降低近五成嘅熱能吸收。喺香港，好多人一聽到磚牆就諗起舊樓嘅空心磚、滲水或者隔音差——但其實磚材嘅選擇同應用，係一個好值得細拆嘅課題。

印度案例啟發：物料點樣成為「學習工具」

呢個位處印度鄉郊嘅寄宿學校，設計團隊刻意保留由高點到湖泊嘅自然坡度，令室外景觀成為課室嘅延伸。而座落中央嘅磚砌建築，唔單止係學生交流嘅核心，仲利用咗磚嘅蓄熱特性，配合通風設計減少冷氣依賴。對香港嚟講，我哋通常只有標準8呎樓底，室外空間又有限，但物料嘅觸感同微氣候調節能力，依然值得我哋思考。

當然，香港嘅學校空間通常較細，對隔音、防潮要求嚴格，磚材未必係首選。但有時我哋會用仿磚瓷磚或者磚紋飾面，去保留視覺溫暖，同時避開物理限制——呢種取捨就係設計嘅真實。
